Just about everyone knows that to lose weight you need to eat less and exercise more. It is has been clearly established that ‘dieting’ does not work for most people in the long term. Statistics show that diets are almost certain to fail; they are useful for losing a few pounds quickly for a special occasion but to maintain a healthy weight in the long term, you really do need to be thinking about things differently. So you need to be developing new positive ways of eating and breaking down old negative associations. Therefore weight loss is really about re-educating your conscious and unconscious mind.

The ‘Diet Industry’ appears to encourage people to adopt two very strong beliefs;
1) An expectation that you are going to have to make yourself do something you don't want to do. (Go hungry).

2) It is going to be difficult. (Being hungry is difficult).

Hypnosis will help you to lose weight naturally and easily, at a speed that is right for you.  Many people believe it is the healthiest way to lose weight as it eradicates all the negative issues you have with food. It also allows you to incorporate the weight loss into a properly constructed healthy lifestyle plan.  It is certainly one of the most natural ways to lose weight.   This is because it works on three levels;
